CHILOSO is a staple in this town! So many athletes call this place home when it comes to eating out and connecting after practices, or high school games and even where all the college grads migrate back to when they come home for the weekend! It's the definition of a "home away from home". We will have Spirit Nights here to fundraise for our program PLUS enjoy their incredible food when we have workshops, coaches training and team bonding nights! CHILOSO ROCKS!
LEVEL UP Fitness Academy is going to our go to for all of our strength & speed training! Kendial Lawrence is an incredible athlete and fitness personal trainer in Rockwall, Texas that is going to help take our athletes game to the next Level!! To EVOLVE you have to LEVEL UP!
We believe team bonding enhances performance and builds strong relationships. The Flat offers the perfect space for activities like pizza parties, board games, and karaoke nights, allowing our players to connect outside of practice. Additionally, The Flat's TV and whiteboard are ideal for film analysis and game strategy sessions, helping players review gameplay and prepare for upcoming tournaments. We plan to meet monthly+ for these sessions to boost game awareness, Volleyball IQ, and cover the mental aspects of the game ensuring our athletes develop beyond just fundamentals.
WE LOVE TORCHY'S! Matt at the Rockwall Torchy's is so wonderful! He has offered us the use of Torchy's anytime we want to have a meeting or Spirit Night to help fundraise for our program. This will be a great way to connect with our Volleyball Families and also add $ to our growing program!!
AMP is a Mental Performance Training Curriculum that we will be implementing this season so that we can give our athletes tools to help them in all parts of their lives! We always say the game is 90% mental but yet we fail to spend much time at all It's honestly what hold most of them back! We plan to help change that! Confidence, body language, having limited beliefs, conflict resolution, creating routines and good habits, accountability, composure and preparation! JUST A FEW we will talk about! This is part of our Classroom style training that we will doing each film session at The FLAT!
