2024-2025 CLUB INFO and DETAILS

Regional Teams (1st teams might add an out of state in OK in January)

Tournaments:

  • 9-10 tournaments 

PRE-SEASON (August thru October):

  • 1 practice a week (2 hours)
  • 1 Training Session (1 hour)
  • Mental Performance Training

CLUB SEASON (November thru April):

  • 2 Practices a week (2 hours each)
  • Film sessions as needed at The FLAT
  • Mental Performance Training/Film Sessions

Program Fees:

*$3700 includes uniforms   $750 Deposit due July 16 at signing. 

Followed by 9 monthly payments on the 15th of the month for $327.78.

Payment dates:

Aug 15, Sept 15, Oct 15, Nov 15, Dec 15, Jan 15, Feb 15, March 15, April 15

  • 2 short sleeve dri-fit jerseys
  • Arm Sleeves

  • EVOLVE Club Journal for our Mental Performance Training & Film Sessions

Extras:

Team Bonding:

  • Each team will have a Team Bonding event hosted by EVOLVE
  • Entire club bonding event at the TCU vs Baylor game on Oct 5 hosted by EVOLVE
  • Wolves Giving Back - team bonding through serving our community
  • Parent Bonding Poker Tournament
  • Seasonal celebrations as a team & club


Metro Teams

These teams are new to club but want to advance faster with more practices and training like would be expected from more experienced Club Teams.

*$2700 includes uniforms   $600 Deposit due July 16 at signing. 

Followed by 9 monthly payments on the 15th of the month for $235.00.
