PRE-SEASON (August thru October):

2x a week Vertical, Strength & Explosion Training at Athletic Republic (additional fee)
Positional Skill Development
Online Mental Performance Training
Routines, Mindset & Nutrition Workshop: Aug TBD

Tournaments:

8-9 tournaments
12s Metro/Club Prep (3-5 tournaments)

CLUB SEASON (Nov thru April):

2 Practices a week (1.5-2 hours each)
Online Classroom for Film Discussions using our game film from Hudl
LIVE Online Mental Performance Training with Coaches
1X per week Training at Athletic Republic focused on Injury Prevention, Mobility & Recovery
Each player will have their own Hudl Account. We will record all games and submit for personal & team stats. HS Athletes will be recruitable on Hudl and have the opportunity to reach out to college recruits and send film from Hudl.

Program Fees:

*4000 club fee includes uniforms

$750 Deposit due July 8th at signing. Link to online registration will be sent out July 7th.

Followed by 9 monthly payments on the 15th of the month via ACH.
